Catherine also specialises in all aspects of criminal work for both defence and prosecution and has particular experience in cases involving mental health issues.

Catherine practices in all areas of employment law advising and representing Claimants and Respondents in the Employment Tribunal.
She is instructed in a wide range of criminal cases and has been led in trials involving Murder and Sex Offences.

Catherine also has expertise in emergency injunctive relief applications and all aspects of finance and property disputes involving ancillary relief proceedings and disputes between unmarried couples.
Catherine has experience in dealing with co-habitation disputes under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
