Initially a common law practitioner with very extensive advocacy experience, Charles Feeny recognised the need for specialist knowledge without abandoning the enduring skills of advocacy or the necessity for independence. His practice reflects a national reputation and he has appeared in many leading and significant cases.
He is recommended in the Legal 500 and Chambers Directory. In Chambers Directory he is listed as a star individual in personal injury work, an acknowledged specialist in industrial disease and in Band 1 for clinical negligence where he is described as a “formidable opponent who is excellent on strategy and always exceedingly thorough”.
