PARTICULAR SPECIALIST INTEREST

Sally specialises in ancillary relief and financial provision, with particular emphasis on big money cases and those involving family businesses, pension sharing and inherited wealth.

In addition, those cases that involve trusts and family companies, tracing assets including cases in which trustees are joined as parties to the proceedings.

She is regularly involved in high court cases where the assets exceed £5 million and has acted as a junior in cases of substantial complexity and value including the reported decision of N v N.

Drafting and advising in relation to pre nuptial agreements.

Frequently invited to lecture, Sally has given talks to Resolution on ancillary relief.
