
Simon Mintz transferred to the bar in 1998, having been the first solicitor in the North West to achieve Higher Rights, and quickly developed a varied Criminal Practise, specialising particularly in complex drug-related conspiracies, and grave and historic Sexual offences.
Simon has particular experience in the effective cross-examination of young and vulnerable witnesses, and lectures nationally to solicitors and barristers on this and other aspects of Criminal Evidence.
Simon also has considerable experience in defending Motoring prosecutions.
Simon also maintains an interest in Asylum and Immigration cases before Immigration Tribunal.
