She undertakes all aspects of child law matters both public and private law, matrimonial proceedings including financial and property disputes, domestic violence and injunctive relief for both privately and publicly funded clients. Susan Edwards also undertakes cases on behalf of guardians and local authorities in cases involving care disputes dealing with physical, emotional and sexual abuse.
Susan provides written advice and representation of parties in disputes in relation to co-ownership of property and also Schedule 1 Children Act Applications.
Susan has also lectured on TLATA and is happy to give Seminars in this field.
