Hanif and Khan v The U.K

The European Court of Human Rights has today handed down its judgment in the case of Hanif and Khan v The United Kingdom (Applications nos. 52999/08 and 61779/08). This case is the leading judgment in regard to the presence of police officers on a Jury.
