Jahangir Murder trial Collapses

The trial of Mohim Khan, 36, Mukid Khan, 34 and Munaim Khan,29, and co-accused Mohammed Hussain Sharique, 25, Saul Mohsin, 21, and Jay Allen, 27, collapsed today after the judge reviewed the undisclosed material and found evidence that the defence lawyers should have been told about by police and the CPS.
Jeffrey Samuels QC represented Mr Mohsin.
