R v Simpson Conviction
Date: 13 January 2012
Mr Simpson was convicted of two counts of death by dangerous driving following the fatal collision on the M6 in Sept 2010. Mr Simpson ran the defence of a possible medical episode at the wheel and the prosecution called expert cardiology and neurology evidence.
