S-B (Children) Supreme Court Judgment

The Supreme Court has published its judgment in the landmark case of S-B (Children) [2009] UKSC 17. The case, which was very unusual in the fact that it was heard by a bench of seven Supreme Court Judges, appealed the earlier decision of the Court of Appeal in S-B (Children) [2009] EWCA Civ 1048. Anthony Hayden QC led the Appeal with Magdalen Case as his junior counsel. Alex Kloss acted as junior counsel to Frances Judd QC for the second respondent.
